The World Championships started on the 28th October 2015 , Amber stepped onto the fighting mats on the 30th, she was in the under 8’s and it was mixed boys and girls.
Amber won her first fight 2-1, she lost her 2nd fight to the competitor who won her group 2-0 and then it was down to her last fight to claim 2nd place in the world under 8’s, she was against a taller boy and she made sure she wanted to win and she beat him 2-0, she was presented with her 2nd place silver medal on the next day, standing proud on the podium with the national anthem.
She will be now representing the England squad this year on 24th-25th June in Germany for the 1st European championships.
