Construction starts on the extension; the work will be completed in two phases. Phase one is the ground works which will see piled foundations installed and 450 tonnes of concrete poured to level the extension floor to the existing building floor level. Phase two is the construction of a double skin insulted prefabricated building. The extension will form a new steel stores and additional warehouse space.
